Making Healthy Habits Fun!
Horn FitKidz is a fun and interactive enrichment program that partners with daycares, preschools, and community organizations to deliver an award-winning curriculum with hands-on nutrition-based activities and fitness including Zumba Kids Jr. and other aerobic dance exercises!
Our unique program is offered to children starting at 2.5 to 6 years old. Our Horn FitKidz instructor visits each school or organization once per week for a 60-minute session enrichment class. Our sessions include nutrition games, hands-on activities, sensory exploration, stories, science experiments, cooking activities, aerobic dance exercises, and so much more!
The learning opportunities are endless in Nutrition & Wellness. Research has shown that the younger a child is exposed to any type of learning, the more they are set up for success in their future. Our program wants each child to ignite a love of eating healthy and being physically active while promoting a fun experience for the children and keeping them motivated!
